Sales of continence care products do not need to be accompanied by a VAT Exemption Declaration providing the order is for an individual who is suffering from a chronic continence condition and not an organisation. The order must be less than 200 disposable pads, 50 washable pads or 10 pairs of waterproof or leakproof underwear.
If you are an individual with a chronic continence condition and wish to place an order which is larger than these amounts, you will pay VAT on your purchase unless you complete a VAT exemption form or declare VAT exemption during the checkout process.

MoliCare® SKIN Barrier cream is a specially formulated, lightweight cream designed to protect and support the regeneration of sensitive, irritated and incontinence-stressed skin. The cream forms a transparent, non-greasy protective film that shields the intimate area from moisture and irritants without affecting the absorbency of incontinence pads or pants.
Enriched with the NutriSkin® Protection Complex – a blend of natural essential fatty acids, amino acids, creatine and almond oil – the pH-balanced formula helps strengthen the skin’s natural barrier and support regeneration. Urea and panthenol B5 help hydrate and soothe delicate skin, while the lightweight emulsion spreads evenly and easily, leaving the skin feeling comfortable, nourished and protected.
The formula is dermatologically tested and has been awarded the Dermatest 5-star seal for excellent skin compatibility. In a dermatological application study, transepidermal water loss (TEWL) was reduced by nearly 9% after four weeks of use. More than 90% of participants also reported a noticeable moisturising effect and improved skin comfort.
MoliCare® SKIN Barrier cream is zinc oxide-free and suitable for frequent use in home care, hospitals and nursing facilities. The cream can also be used on adolescents and babies.
