Delivery
Order your incontinence supplies online today or speak to a member of our friendly customer services team. Standard delivery is £4.95, but for all orders over £40 delivery is FREE. Please allow 3 – 5 working days from the date of your order for delivery.
Next Working Day Delivery
If you need your products sooner, we offer a Next Working Day Delivery service for £5.95. Next Working Day Delivery is available on orders placed before midday for delivery on the following working day.
Please note that our next day delivery service is not available on Saturdays, Sundays or Bank Holidays.
Returns
Only unopened products can be returned. Collection can be arranged via our courier for a charge of £15 or you can also return unopened packages by post (please obtain proof of postage). Once your returned goods have been received, a refund will be arranged for the value of the returned products. We highly recommend that customers try a sample of a product before purchase to ensure it is the right product for them.

Cancellation Policy
Withdrawal
You have the right to cancel and return your order within fourteen days without giving reasons. The cancellation period is fourteen days from the day on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, has taken possession of the goods. The right of cancellation does not apply to orders for the delivery of sealed goods that are not suitable for return for reasons of health protection for examples incontinence pads/pants or hygiene if their seal has been removed after delivery. In order to exercise your right of cancellation you must inform us (Paul HARTMANN Ltd, Heywood Distribution Park, Heywood, Lancashire, OL10 2TT, email: [email protected]) of your decision to cancel your order by means of a clear statement (e.g. a letter or email sent by post). In order to comply with the cancellation period, it is sufficient that you send the notification of cancellation before the expiry of the withdrawal period.
Cancellation Reimbursement
If you cancel your order, we must reimburse you all payments we have received from you, including the delivery costs (with the exception of additional costs resulting from the fact that you have chosen a different type of delivery method than the cheapest standard delivery offered by us), immediately and at the latest within fourteen days from the dates, on which we received the notification of your intention of cancellation of this order. For this repayment, we will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you, in no case will you be charged fees for this repayment. We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods back or until you have provided proof that you have returned the goods, whichever is earliest. You must return or hand over the goods to us immediately and in any case no later than fourteen days from the day which you inform us of the cancellation of this order. The deadline is met if you send the goods before the expiry of the period of fourteen days.
