How can I change my account password?

You can change your password by logging into your account. You can click on change password to change the password on your account.

How can I view my order history?

You can view your previous orders and other account details by logging into your account (click on my account in the top right hand corner).

Where can I buy products in my local area?

HARTMANN products are only available by delivery.

Can I get the package delivered in plain boxes?

Yes you can. Most of our products are delivered in plain packaging anyway however there are some products which are not automatically sent in plain boxes. If you state when ordering or state it in the notes box online

How can I return my products?

Only unopened packets can be returned. A collection can be arranged via our courier for a charge of £15. You can also return unopened packages by post. A refund will be arranged for the value of the returned products. It is recommended that people try a sample of products before purchase to ensure they order the correct product.

Due to the quantity of products in your basket, you must declare that you, or the person that you are buying for, is eligible for VAT exemption.

  2. You are purchasing incontinence protection products for yourself or another individual who suffers from a chronic condition which requires management.

Please note that VAT exemption excludes skin care products, these will always be charged VAT.

There are severe penalties for making a false declaration. If you are in any doubt about your own eligibility of the goods you are buying, before confirming your eligibility, you should get advice from any local VAT office or by telephoning the VAT Disabled Reliefs Helpline on 0300 123 1073.
