Refunds Guarantee
If you are not satisfied with your purchases you may return unopened packages for exchange or credit up to 60 days after delivery.  Only in the case of a faulty product or picking error, will Paul Hartmann Ltd cover any return post & packaging charges.
This is in addition to your statutory rights.
