- I am Appalled by the manner in which these items are packaged and despatched. There was no discreet packaging used and it was clear to all and sundry what was contained in the box. In addition the items come in a cardboard box which has hand holes in it so again the product was clearly on view and exposed directly to the elements. The items in the box have no further packaging and so anyone handling the box by these hand holes would be touching the product.
I shall not be ordering from this company again.

We apologise that you feel that our service did not meet your standards. Unfortunately due to health and safety reasons we have to have handles on the boxes so that they can be handled safely. Please note that if you would like plain packaging in future please state this in the order comments box. Although our products are discreet, they are not all automatically sent in plain packaging.
