How to Order
You can place an order for HARTMANN products in a number of ways.
Online
Choose a product category at the top of the screen and then select a product image to find product information and pricing. Simply add products to your basket until you are ready to checkout. You will then be guided through a simple payment process.

Delivery
FREE delivery for all orders £40.00 and over.
A carriage charge of £4.95 applies to all orders below £40.00.
For Channel Islands, please contact our office for delivery charges.
You will receive delivery within 3-5 working days of receipt of payment.
Discreet packaging
Refunds & Returns
If you are not satisfied with your purchases you may return unopened packages for exchange or credit up to 60 days after delivery. In the case of a faulty product or picking error Paul Hartmann will cover any return post & packaging charges. If you wish to return your products as they are unsuitable for your needs, there will be a charge of £15 associated with arranging the return. We advise that you ensure you are ordering the correct product.
